Basale was established in 1990 and is one of Scandinavia's largest and most professional independent Commercial Real Estate management and development companies. We provide a complete range of real estate management and advisory services for financial investors and real estate funds. Our team comprises of Economists, Analysts, Auditors, Accountants, Engineers and Attorneys working together for the interest of our clients and their tenants.

We have offices in Oslo, Trondheim, Bergen, Stavanger, Tromsø, Bodø and Stockholm.

We're in charge of more than 2.4 million square meters of real-estate, which represents more than 4 billion Euros worth of commercial property.
